This guarantees a non-biased assessment of email messages whereas carrying out this work in-house runs the risks of having “internal relationships” between your “internal assessors” and the “sender(s) of inappropriate messages” which may bias results or where instances of abusive email messages may not even be reported to HR for disciplinary action.
