Integration with Email Filtering Products


To use Dicontas’s Digital Content Assessment Services, you company must have an email filtering product, appliance or managed service already in place to monitor corporate email communications.

There a three system prerequisites that your email filtering system must have:

1. To detect email messages that have suspect image attachments

2. The ability to redirect (or copy) suspect emails that contain image attachments to an internet email address at Dicontas.

3. The ability to white-list an individual email address when Dicontas sends Incident Reports to your nominated HR representative.

If your system cannot do prerequisite 3, then we can send you a zipped and password protected file that contains the Incident Report, but your system must be able to allow a password protected zip file through their filter engine – the other (configurable) option is not to attach these images onto the Incident Report.
